10 JULY "FULL MOON CEREMONY "

Join us under the luminous full moon for a sacred evening of release and renewal at The Secret View in Paros, organised by The Journeys of Remembering.

We will open our space with herbal welcome tea and smudging, grounding ourselves through meditation and breathwork. As the moon rises over the Aegean, we will step into a deeply healing ceremony—immersing in guided meditations, heart-opening breathwork, and water rituals. Together, we will share, reflect, and release what no longer serves us, allowing it to transform into love, light, and wisdom.

This is a time to reconnect with yourself, nature, and the collective energy of the full moon. Let’s embrace its power and wisdom, supporting one another in a night of transformation.

11 JULY "SUNSET CACAO & DANCE MEDITATION JOURNEY"

Step into an evening of heart expansion and embodied joy at The Secret View in Paros, organised by The Journeys of Remembering.

As the golden sun begins its descent, we will arrive in a sacred space, grounding ourselves with light breathwork and intention setting. We will then open our hearts through a ceremonial cacao ritual, allowing its warmth to guide us deeper into connection.

With the energy of the setting sun, we’ll surrender to the rhythm of music—flowing freely in an ecstatic dance journey led by a live DJ. Through movement, we release, express, and embody all emotions within us. We’ll close with a grounding circle, integrating the magic of the evening and carrying its essence forward

12 JULY "YOGA & ART SOUL MORNING + BRUNCH" 

A gentle morning of movement, creativity, and nourishment awaits at The Secret View in Paros, organised by The Journeys of Remembering.

We’ll begin by flowing through a mindful yoga journey, blending breathwork and gentle movement to awaken the body and soul. While we stretch into presence, little ones will embark on their own Art & Soul Journey—a space of guided meditation, storytelling, and intuitive painting, allowing their creativity to unfold naturally.

Afterwards, we’ll all gather for a nourishing brunch, sharing heartfelt conversations and reflections in a peaceful outdoor setting. A morning to nurture, connect, and celebrate the beauty of being. 

Meet Ioanna Tasiopoulou , our Yoga Instructor.  

With over 20 years of experience in Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, B.K.S. Iyengar, Restorative), Classical Pilates, and Dance (Ballet, Contemporary), I guide others through movement, breath, and presence. Rooted in a passion for lifelong learning, my practice is dedicated to inspiring awareness, healing, and transformation from within.
